Job Summary:
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team as an Otorhinolaryngology Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science degree in Nursing with completion of a Nurse Practitioner program and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide continuity of care by facilitating communication between the healthcare team, patient, and family, and coordinate care to ensure quality, effective care, and patient safety.

Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day organizational and clinical direction and leadership of the healthcare team in collaboration with attending physicians
- Performs comprehensive history and physical assessment for patients
- Orders, obtains, and interprets diagnostic tests
- Establishes medical diagnosis based on history, assessment, and diagnostic findings, with MD collaboration as needed

Requirements:
- Master of Science degree in Nursing with completion of a Nurse Practitioner program
- Registered and currently recorded with the Maryland Board of Examiners of Nurses and Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland
- Valid state APRN Recognition, with education requirement met and obtained within six months of hire
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and BLS by the American Heart Association
- DEA and CDS eligible
- CPR required

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year
