Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing expert knowledge and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for each patient.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their benefits, potential side effects, and usage guidelines.
  • Assist patients in selecting the most suitable products for their needs, while promoting our brand values and mission.
  • Process patient orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and effective delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with management and colleagues to achieve sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV) and possess a valid driver's license (for delivery associate role).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
