Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Setting up and operating CNC Mills machines to meet production requirements
  • Reading blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing
  • Starting machinery and making adjustments as needed to optimize performance
  • Troubleshooting issues and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Cleanliness of the work area and machinery will be maintained by you
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment
  • At least 5 years of experience operating CNC Mills
  • CAD skills and Solid Works expertise will be highly valued
  • Able to read blueprints accurately
  • Prior programming experience on CNC machines will be advantageous
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
