About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of plumbers and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair projects
  • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to improve productivity
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial plumbing
  • Licensed plumber with valid certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation:

  • Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
