Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Administrator Trainee, you will oversee various business operations to align with the company’s vision and strategic objectives. Your role will be pivotal in upholding the organization’s reputation as a reputable and ethical provider of health services. You will assist in the daily management of the community, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations while fulfilling the necessary training requirements for certification or licensure. You will also familiarize yourself with the standards of practice in skilled nursing and long-term care, striving to achieve a high level of competency across all departments.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or a related field is required
  • A Master’s degree is preferred

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a long-term care setting
