About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Providence Imaging Center in Anchorage, Alaska.

Job Summary

The Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will utilize radiopharmaceuticals and associated Nuclear Medicine equipment for diagnostic studies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using Nuclear Medicine equipment
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an approved school of Radiology Sciences with certification in Nuclear Medicine
  • National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of one year of experience working as a staff Nuclear Medicine Technologist is preferred.
