• Deliver exceptional beverages and food items consistently, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain composure during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and set a positive example for colleagues.
• Foster a supportive team atmosphere by recognizing and addressing shifts in team morale and performance.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized, following health and safety guidelines.
• Handle food and beverages safely, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Prior experience in a retail, specialty store, or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Possession of a Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Server Permit is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience in cash handling and register operations.
• Flexible availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Consistent and punctual attendance is essential.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and communicate effectively.
• Frequent use of hands for handling objects and reaching.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
• Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are necessary.
• Regular handling of food and hot beverages.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour, plus participation in the barista tip pool.
