About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Preschool and Pre-K Educator to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Teacher for our Children's House program, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Education: Observe and understand each child's physical, intellectual, and emotional needs, and provide individualized support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Environment Preparation: Prepare a beautiful, orderly, and engaging environment that encourages concentration, independence, and deep learning.
  • Guidance and Support: Cultivate independence and self-confidence by helping children develop practical skills, literacy, math, and other essential competencies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Form personal connections with each child and their families, and communicate effectively with parents to provide the best possible support for every child.
