Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine wellness visits, sick visits, and chronic condition management.
- Conduct minor injuries, joint injections, and other procedures as needed.
- Supervise and mentor Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Active Texas state medical license or in the process of obtaining one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
