Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop comprehensive care plans for patients, utilizing evidence-based medicine to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including physical exams and review of symptoms, to inform treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and administer medications, as well as dispense medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Document patient evaluations, treatments, and transactions in accordance with HealthStone policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
  • Comply with HIPAA requirements for patient confidentiality and maintain a culture of compassion, respect, and service.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensure.
  • Previous experience in a primary care setting, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills a plus.
