Essential Cabinetry Group is seeking a talented and meticulous Cabinet Fabricator to become a vital part of our workforce. The successful applicant will be tasked with preparing, positioning, and assembling cabinetry components in accordance with product specifications. This role demands a keen eye for detail, responsibility, and strong communication skills with colleagues.

• Assemble parts and subassemblies to form finished units.
• Utilize machinery to bond wooden components.
• Employ hand and power tools for the installation of cabinet components.
• Drill holes for screws or dowels as needed.
• Fit hardware such as hinges and handles.
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions and quality of materials.
• Perform other assigned tasks as required.

• Prior experience in woodworking or carpentry is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with measurements.
• Skilled in interpreting measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail.

Effective communication across all levels of the organization is crucial. The Cabinet Fabricator will report directly to the Production Supervisor.

• This position requires physical exertion both indoors and outdoors.
• Must be capable of lifting or moving items over 50 lbs.
• Involves prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending.

This is a full-time role with variable hours based on operational needs. Weekend and overtime shifts may be necessary.

Compliance with all safety regulations and the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times.
