Night Auditor

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk during the night shift. The Night Auditor will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. They will also be responsible for managing financial transactions, including processing payments and reconciling accounts.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Process financial transactions, including processing payments and reconciling accounts.
• Run reports and perform audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with daily deposits and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in customer service and basic accounting.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The Night Auditor will be required to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. They will also be required to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
