Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment and machinery, including earth movers, graders, and cranes, to perform construction and maintenance tasks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) required.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment and machinery, including earth movers, graders, and cranes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
Working Conditions
  • Work is performed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, rain, and snow.
  • Exposure to loud noises, vibrations, and hazardous materials.
  • May be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, or in areas with limited visibility.
  • May be required to work irregular schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
