Job Summary

The Admissions Communications Manager will play a critical role in designing, managing, and processing outgoing communications in the office of Enrollment Management Services. This individual will utilize various tools for print mail, email, direct mail, text messaging, and social media to engage prospective students and work with leadership to assess communication effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment communication strategy, including the planning and execution of communication campaigns, events, and programs.
  • Manage and maintain the recruitment communication calendar, ensuring timely and effective communication with prospective students.
  • Collaborate with the Enrollment Management Services team to develop and implement strategies to increase student engagement and enrollment.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Enrollment Management Services Division, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including GGC Public Relations and Digital Communications, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee and update Admit Hub texting, Chat Bot, and Web Bot software for Enrollment Management Services.
  • Develop and maintain daily and weekly/monthly communication tracking reports to guide strategic enrollment management action plans.
Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, higher education, or communications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRM experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer software skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
