Job DetailsRole and Responsibilities

The Inpatient Physical Therapist plays a vital role in our acute care services team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients with cardiac, orthopedic, neurologic, vascular, pulmonary, and medical-surgical conditions.

  • Conduct thorough physical therapy assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transition planning and coordination of care.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred).
  • New York State Physical Therapist license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in an inpatient setting (required).
  • BLS certification within 60 days of hire.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $63.60 per hour.
