Operational Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with a diverse patient demographic both in-person and via phone.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure daily register balances are accurate and complete.
- Process daily deposits for all POS transactions in a timely manner.
- Assist in the ordering process from suppliers.
- Support routine inventory management tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure pharmacy equipment is maintained according to company standards.
- Receive and verify prescription orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Keep temperature logs for pharmacy and medication storage.
- Communicate effectively with the pharmacy operations team.
- Coordinate and track prescription deliveries and pick-up orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all medications.
- Identify and address issues proactively, escalating when necessary.
- Multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment using various computer systems.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; or relevant experience and training.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
- Prior experience in retail pharmacy is advantageous.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Excellent typing and data entry capabilities.
- Able to lift and transport light to medium-weight items.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive in problem identification and resolution.

Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00, depending on qualifications and location.
