Job Summary:
The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing job postings on various websites, as well as planning and attending open hiring events and job fairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and interview candidates.
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork and scheduling of New Hire Orientation and Training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or another relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 2+ years recruiting experience.
- Effective negotiating skills.
Work Environment:
The Recruiting Specialist role is fully onsite in a manufacturing company.
Compensation:
Salary: $58,650.00
