Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals.
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including exercises, activities, and education.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate of $38-$42/hour.
• Monday-Friday schedule with 35 hours per week and no weekend rotation.
• Permanent hire opportunity with a skilled nursing facility.
