POSITION SUMMARY: As a Hospitality Server, your primary responsibility is to guarantee that our patrons experience an exceptional dining atmosphere through courteous, professional, and amicable service. You will possess a comprehensive understanding of the menu and beverage selections, allowing you to accurately take orders and convey any special requests to the kitchen team. All duties and interactions will be conducted in alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid food handler's permit and liquor licenses or the ability to obtain them before employment
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar food service role
  • Aptitude for learning to use the computerized point-of-sale system
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physical capability to remain on your feet for extended periods, navigate stairs, walk, bend, reach, stoop, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome guests promptly in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Articulate menu and beverage options and take orders efficiently
  • Serve guests promptly and effectively, clearing each course from the table according to service standards
  • Ensure the check presentation is timely and accurate, processing payments efficiently
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, including drinks and specials, offering suggestions and recommendations as necessary
  • Complete side duties and responsibilities at the end of your shift
  • Keep the waiting area tidy and organized, ensuring the dining space is set and cleaned according to company policies
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
  • Accurately complete check reconciliations and bank deposits
  • Adhere to the company's Mission/Vision/Values
COMPENSATION

$16.28 per hour plus tips
