Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Route Delivery Driver to join our team at TeleSearch Staffing Solutions. As a Route Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Goods Safely and Efficiently: Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Follow Routes and Schedules: Follow established routes and time schedules for all routes, including overnight stays as required.
  • Collect Payments and Complete Logs: Collect payments from customers and complete logs and reports as required.
  • Maintain Vehicle and Equipment: Follow rules for preventative and regular maintenance of vehicle/vehicles, and safely operate any warehouse equipment needed for vehicles.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and follow customer requirements for deliveries.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and pass a DMV check with a signed release.
  • English Language Proficiency: Must be able to read and speak the English Language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to everyday situations and functioning of the job role.
  • GPS Navigation Skills: Proficient in using GPS for commercial vehicles.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and withstand cold temperatures in a warehouse environment of 30-37 degrees.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with opportunities for part-time work. The job requires travel and may involve overnight stays. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail and strong communication skills.
