Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Forklift Operators to join our team at Wise Staffing Group.


Compensation:

Starting at $15+ per hour, with weekly pay.


Employment Type:

Full-time position.


Key Responsibilities
Loading and Unloading:

Efficiently unload materials and products from incoming vehicles and organize them in designated areas. Load materials onto vehicles as necessary.


Inventory Management:

Identify and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.


Damage Assessment:

Recognize damages and promptly report any shortages or quality issues.


Material Transport:

Transport raw materials to production stations as required.


Equipment Maintenance:

Conduct inspections on machinery to assess repair needs and ensure safety through regular maintenance.


Documentation:

Keep accurate records of inventory and operational logs.


Regulatory Compliance:

Follow company policies and legal regulations to maintain a safe and organized work environment.


Qualifications and Skills
Experience:

Demonstrated experience as a forklift operator is preferred; however, trainees are also encouraged to apply.


Detail Orientation:

Familiarity with industrial equipment and a strong attention to detail are essential.


Physical Fitness:

Excellent physical condition and coordination are required for this role.


Certification:

A valid forklift operator certification is necessary for experienced operators.
