The RoleJob Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional instruction, assessing student growth, and providing academic and cultural support to our students and families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Instructional Delivery and Assessment: Develop year-long Texas State standards-based unit plans and lesson plans that meet all students' learning needs, use assessment data to modify short and long-term plans to promote all students' academic performance, and continuously seek feedback to improve instruction.
  2. Academic and Cultural Support: Collaborate with content and grade-level teams to promote critical thinking and academic rigor, establish and maintain working relationships with students and families based on trust and respect, and participate in daily school functions and critical school events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Demonstrated knowledge of core subject area assigned
  • Texas Teacher Certificate appropriate for level and/or subject area of assignment, if applicable
  • Must be considered highly-qualified based on NCLB guidelines, if applicable
  • Satisfactory outcome of a background check

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is $60,000, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience at an accredited K-12 institution. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive vacation and flexible paid time off (PTO) policies, paid parental leave, medical, dental, and vision plans, employee assistance programs, and more.
