We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at TechPro Power Group Inc. as a Principal Electrical Engineer / Engineer V. This role will involve leading our team within the Industrial and Utility Sector, collaborating with Business Development, leading projects as the Engineer of Record, deploying innovative solutions to our clients, and assisting with commissioning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead projects up to $500k+ CAPEX
  • Manage all phases of engineering projects: FEL1 (Conceptual), FEL4 (Detail Engineering), FEL5 (Construction), and FEL6 (Commissioning)
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports

**Requirements:**

  • 12+ years of experience in electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of Generator Step Up Transformers, Station Service Transformers, Unit Substations, Low Voltage Switchgear, Medium Voltage Switchgear, Low Voltage Motor Control Centers, Medium Voltage Control Centers, 125VDC Battery Systems
  • Experience with Emergency and Standby Generators
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET accredited)
  • Fundamentals in Engineering (F.E.) – Required
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) – Required

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
