Job DescriptionAs a Physical Therapy Assistant with PARS Therapy, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote cost-effective and evidence-based interventions
- Providing physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, including exercises, stretches, and modalities as needed
- Evaluating patients' progress and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
