Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver respiratory care services to patients, including diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures.
  • Monitor patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Perform patient assessments, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure, to evaluate the need for and response to respiratory therapy.
  • Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
  • Initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
