Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and dispose of trash according to approved procedures.
  • Dust and damp mop floors, adhering to established protocols.
  • Move equipment and products for cleaning and restocking purposes.
  • Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment.
  • Deep clean high-traffic areas, including bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways.
  • Keep cleaning equipment organized and notify supervisors of supply needs.
  • Initiate cleaning tasks and complete assigned tasks.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers.
  • Project a positive image and serve as a role model.
Additional Duties
  • Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, adhering to cash handling standards.
  • Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit cards, completing enrollments as needed.
  • Assist with omnichannel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
  • Support shrink and safety programs.
  • Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Work Environment
  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.
  • Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work.
  • Use of standard commercial cleaners and chemicals from cleaning supplies.
