Student Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioral Intervention Specialist to join our team at Level Ahead ABA. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to provide high-quality behavioral interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

• Direct Intervention: Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in their homes, schools, and communities, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Program Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Data Collection: Collect and record behavior and skill acquisition data for each session using our electronic data collection platform.
• Communication: Maintain active communication with clients, families, BCBA supervisors, and our administrative team.
• Assessment and Training: Conduct programming, behavioral, and skills assessments under the direction of the supervising BCBA, and participate in training activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Education: Enrollment in a master's level verified course sequence for Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or a bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a BACB-approved field.
• Certification: Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Transportation: Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 90 minutes to participate in client intake assessments.
• Skills: Must be punctual, professional, and able to implement direct intervention sessions with fidelity. Must be compassionate towards clients with disabilities and their families, and proficient with technology.
