At Family Car Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Consultant to help us develop, implement, and administer our e-commerce platform. This role is ideal for a versatile sales professional comfortable in a high-volume, Internet-driven sales environment.

This position involves monitoring and responding to all Internet leads, developing client prospecting files, and providing accurate pricing, rates, and inventory availability information. You will also meet with prospects, present and demonstrate inventory, receive credit applications, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and certifications.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to Internet leads from referral services and our dealership's website
• Develop client prospecting files upon lead receipt
• Provide accurate pricing, rates, and inventory availability information
• Meet with prospects by appointment, present and demonstrate inventory
• Receive credit applications manually and online
• Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications
• Maintain our dealership's Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units standards
• Take digital photos for posting on our website
• Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is required
