Cardiologist - Inherited Cardiovascular Disease & HCM Expertise

We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiology physician with Inherited Cardiovascular Disease and HCM experience to join our team of highly trained cardiovascular specialists at Hartford HealthCare's Heart & Vascular Institute.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering superb clinical care to a diverse, medically complex patient population in both the in-patient and outpatient arenas, supported by the highest-caliber cardiovascular invasive, diagnostic, and surgical services in a collaborative and multidisciplinary setting.
The Hartford HealthCare Inherited Cardiovascular Disease Program (ICDP) is a multidisciplinary program for the care and management of patients with inherited cardiomyopathies, inherited arrhythmia syndromes, neuromuscular disease-related cardiomyopathy, and aortopathies/connective tissue diseases involving the aorta.
The successful candidate will have interest, training, and experience in the work-up, diagnosis, and treatment of ICD patients. In collaboration with the Program Director and a dedicated cardiac genetic counselor, the candidate will initiate an Inherited Cardiovascular Disease Clinic in the East Region.
There are extensive clinical research opportunities available. Research experience is a plus.
