Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Selah, WA

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a secure 16-bed coed treatment facility in Selah, WA. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and treatment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment to adult patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in court proceedings for involuntary treatment
- Participate in call/rounding rotation for Yakima inpatient units
- Master's or doctorate degree in nursing or nursing practice with psychiatric mental health specialization
- Registered Nurse license and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license in Washington
- ANCC certification as psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner
- Federal DEA registration
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
- One year of experience as a psychiatric prescriber for the designated patient age group being served
- $5000 hiring bonus with two-year commitment
