About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Lobby Concierge to join our team at Allied Universal in Fishersville, Virginia. As a Lobby Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safeguarding Clients: Greet employees, visitors, vendors, and represent the company brand to all those who pass through the main lobby of the building.
  • Supporting Daily Operations: Balance a myriad of daily tasks, display superior communication abilities, and respond to employee, security, facilities, and other related service needs.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Carry out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
