We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Progressive Care RN to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a Cardiac Progressive Care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and providing education to patients and families on self-care and disease management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange and promoting a culture of patient-centered care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course completion within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of experience in Cardiac Nursing.
