Overview:
Join Tampa Bay's premier Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider and play a crucial role in assisting patients to their medical appointments. We pride ourselves on our supportive team environment and well-maintained vehicles designed for your convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of passengers throughout the transportation process.
  • Provide door-to-door transport for clients using wheelchairs, stretchers, and those who are ambulatory.
  • Assist in loading and unloading clients as needed.
  • Utilize hydraulic lifts for the safe loading and unloading of wheelchair and stretcher clients.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and perform regular inspections.
  • Adhere to dispatch instructions to ensure efficient routing for trips.
  • Engage in training and educational opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical, drug/alcohol screening, and background check
  • No suspensions, DUI, or more than one citation in the last five years
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in paratransit or healthcare settings is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts of 10, 12, or 8 hours
  • Availability for Day, Night, and Weekend shifts

Additional Compensation:

  • Bonus pay
