Professional Bike Builder

We are seeking a skilled Bike Assemble at our facility in PORTAGE, IN. As a Bike Assembler, you will work on building new bikes, grills, and furniture with precision and adherence to SPAR's specifications.

The estimated salary for this role is $18-$20 per hour during the 30-day paid training period, increasing to a piece-rate pay structure after completion. With unlimited earning potential, you can increase your hours based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble New Products: Build bikes, grills, and furniture with precision and adherence to SPAR's specifications
• Work Independently: Utilize reliable transportation to reach designated stores and complete tasks efficiently
• Provide Exceptional Service: Build strong rapport with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction through exceptional service and top-notch craftsmanship
• Report Client Work Completions: Complete tasks on the same day as service

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A strong educational foundation
• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently
• Bike Experience: Familiarity with bike maintenance and repair (preferred)
• Good Communication Skills: Effective communication with customers and colleagues
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of mechanical systems and principles
• Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivation and reliability
• Able to Carry and Lift Up to 40 lbs: Physical stamina and dexterity
• Able to Bend, Stoop, and Stand for Extended Periods: Adaptability and physical fitness
• Internet Access and Active Email Address: Basic computer literacy and online presence
• Android or iOS Smartphone and/or Tablet: Wireless reporting capabilities
• Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to designated stores
