Job Title: Heavy Equipment Technician

At Disability Solutions, our team of skilled technicians plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment. As a Heavy Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and providing technical support on a wide range of construction and agricultural equipment.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. We are committed to delivering top-tier customer satisfaction while upholding the high standards synonymous with our brand.

Salary: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour (non-exempt position)

As a Service Technician, you will be expected to perform routine troubleshooting and diagnosing of equipment malfunctions, execute repairs and rebuilds, and maintain all equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills required
- Minimum of 5+ years of prior heavy equipment service experience as a technician is mandatory
- Experience with Compact Construction Equipment and/or Compact Tractors is highly valuable
- Prior experience with Bobcat equipment is a plus
- Valid Class C driver's license required

This is a full-time, hourly position that requires working Monday through Friday with occasional weekends as needed.
