Travel Computed Tomography Technologist Job Opportunity

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Gloversville, NY.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare facility and gain valuable experience in computed tomography imaging. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring high-quality images are produced.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist
  • Certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and use PC skills
