- Provide evidence-based direct patient care, encompassing clinical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention.
- Engage with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality patient care.
- Offer consultation and oversight to interdisciplinary teams in executing patient care strategies.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and serve as a patient advocate.
- Collaborate with NCH Medical Group leadership to enhance resource utilization and operational efficiency.
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with a valid Illinois medical license.
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
- Active DEA registration and Illinois Controlled Substance License.
- Current CPR certification or specialty-specific advanced life support certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based medical care standards.
