Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Waxing Technician to join our team at Waxing the City. As an experienced esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality waxing services to our clients.

About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity with the potential for part-time hours available. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for waxing and a commitment to ongoing education and training in the latest techniques and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and professional environment.
  • Implement and maintain waxing service standards and ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality service provision.
  • Support and protect our culture and values.
  • Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Wisconsin licensure (Esthetician or Cosmetologist) required.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in waxing or a related field.
  • Time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range
