Role ResponsibilitiesThe technician will be expected to uphold a professional demeanor while ensuring quality, consistent, and efficient work. Key responsibilities include:
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime and occasional Saturdays.
- Exemplary communication and customer service skills.
- Engaging with residential and commercial clients to secure service appointments.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Managing inventory and loading the service vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each job.
- Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle and ensuring the equipment is well-presented.
- Preparing work areas, setting up staging zones, and arranging equipment for each task.
- Conducting end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and packing procedures.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Effective verbal communication skills along with basic math and computer proficiency.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- The capacity to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry various objects.
- The ability to work safely with cleaning products and chemicals.
- The capability to pass a background check and drug screening.
