Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team at Granville Health System. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced nurses looking to advance their careers in leadership roles.

About the Role:

This position will oversee clinical compliance, workflow optimization, and quality improvement initiatives across our outpatient practices in Oxford and Creedmoor, NC.

Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Compliance: Ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements through regular audits and assessments.
  • Workflow Optimization: Analyze current workflows and protocols, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and clinical outcomes, utilizing data to track and report on clinical performance.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient practice setting
  • Strong knowledge of clinical standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
