We put patients at the center of value-based care, providing integrated treatment that addresses immediate and long-term health needs through a team of specialists – podiatric physicians and surgeons, advanced practice providers, care navigators, pharmacists, dieticians, and social workers.
Competitive Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package with an estimated salary of $250,000 per year, including a $50,000 sign-on bonus, as well as opportunities for uncapped bonuses, a path to partnership, and comprehensive benefits. About the Job
As a Podiatric Physician at Upperline Health, you will provide foot and ankle care in our Noblesville clinic, with flexibility to float to other locations. This role requires compassion for patient needs, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- You will assess patients' lower extremity complaints, review medical history, listen to concerns, perform physical examinations, order imaging or medical labs, and develop clinical plans of care.
- You will provide comprehensive examination and care for podiatric patients, including at-risk foot care, painful conditions, trauma, wound care, and surgical management when appropriate.
- You will educate patients on general wellness care, medication usage, side effects, and prevention.
- You will maintain patient records and medical documentation, participate in continuing education, and prescribe medication as permitted by state regulations.
