Job Description
Saxon Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Appian Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing functional programs and applications using the Appian platform.

About the Role
This is a hybrid role that requires working from home 3 days a week and in-office 2 days a week in Austin, TX. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with BPM solutions using Appian 19.x or higher, as well as expertise in software architecture, SOA services implementation, and database concepts.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement functional programs and applications using Appian
• Work closely with developers and architects to ensure business requirements are met
• Develop and modularize individual components for reusability
• Participate in analysis, design, and development of Appian-based applications
• Lead projects and run workshops to break down epics into stories

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with BPM solutions using Appian 19.x or higher
• Expertise in software architecture, SOA services implementation, and database concepts
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and at least one major database
• Experience with Agile or SCRUM development methodology
• Possess certifications such as Appian Associate Developer

Salary Range
$120,000 - $160,000 per year based on experience. The estimated salary includes an average of 30% more than the base title, considering the location and the job description provided.
