Rph on the go is a leading provider of pharmacy services, seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our long-term care mail order team in Milwaukee, WI.

Job Title:

Pharmacist (812 Week Contract, Potential for Direct Hire)

Location:

Milwaukee, WI

Environment:

Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to gain experience in long-term care pharmacy practice while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

About the Role:
  • Order Verification: Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
  • LTC Support: Support the preparation and delivery of medications for LTC patients.
  • Patient Safety: Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and patient safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacy technicians and other staff to ensure efficient operations.

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented pharmacist who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous pharmacy experience required; LTC experience is a plus.
  • Licensure: Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacy license.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
