Maintenance Worker Job Description

Kelly Services #3421 is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team in Owatonna, MN.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to perform cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation tasks on our production floor. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months of sanitation experience and be familiar with working with a Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).

Responsibilities:
  • Perform cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation tasks on the production floor.
  • Operate equipment such as tote and cardboard balers, trash compactors, and floor scrubbing machines.
  • Stock and refill supplies as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, state, local regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 months of sanitation experience.
  • Experience in the food or beverage industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with working with a Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).
  • Knowledge of various cleaning agents and chemicals.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
