Role Summary
The Healthcare Support Specialist will deliver clinical assistance within the Williamson Health Medical Group. Responsibilities include:
- Communicating clinical information to patients and stakeholders
- Scheduling diagnostic tests and consultations
- Collecting clinical specimens and assessing patient needs
- Performing clinical office procedures and ensuring adequate supply levels
Qualifications
Education:
Medical Assistant certification or higher degree is required.
Experience:
A minimum of one year in a medical office setting is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in using medical equipment such as glucometers, blood pressure cuffs, thermometers, and various medications is essential.
Performance Expectations
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate recording of patient medical histories and vital signs
