We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Marquis Companies. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities of living, promoting independence and dignity
  • Maximize resident's independence and choice, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment
  • Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional services that meet the existing needs and/or preferences of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being
Requirements
  • Ability to deal tactfully with people, demonstrating patience and a cheerful disposition
  • Customer service oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and support
  • Previous experience working with the elderly, preferably in a care setting
  • Experience working with residents with Alzheimer's or other dementia-related conditions
