We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rotating Equipment Maintenance Specialist to enhance our operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our rotating equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee the Rotating Equipment Maintenance (REM) program, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with plant management to report on the status of the REM program and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions for personnel on maintenance best practices and safety protocols.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements for equipment design and maintenance processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in rotating equipment technology.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting and climbing.
