As a CarePanion, you will provide comfort, companionship, and personalized in-home support, enabling seniors to remain independent and safe in their own homes.
This role focuses on interactive caregiving, going beyond simply completing tasks, with an emphasis on enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
CarePanions assist with routine errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and meaningful interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors
- Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Accompany seniors on errands and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversations and activities
Requirements:
- Must have a vehicle for transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
