  • Provide attentive and personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage tables efficiently, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items, including our signature pizzas, salads, and breadsticks.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain a Master's License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
