**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team at Always Best Care. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting their independence and well-being.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Provide personal care and support to clients with dementia
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement care plans

**Requirements:**

* Active Florida State License as a CNA or HHA
* 1-2 years of experience working with dementia clients in a one-on-one ratio
* Valid driver's license and own transportation
* English proficiency and excellent communication skills
* Ability to pass a Level 2 background check

**Benefits:**
